| (2003-10-09) The Four Little Girls New pictures... Angela and I are constantly looking at our tanlines on our feet. I'm sad that the flash bleaches them out... but I'm still going to post the pictures. Angela is naturally darker than I am, and her tanlines are much more defined on her feet than on mine. When we were visited by four girls (aged about 8), they thought that her feet were dirty... they don't know that the sun changes toubab skin. (Angela's feet)

So, one night, Angela and I were sitting in my livingroom, and suddenly the door bursts open and four girls come in and sit down. They were very nice, they taught us some words in one of the local languages, and were very excited at the fact that they used a toubab's toilet. They stayed for about an hour.

And this is how Angela and I spend our evenings... smoking too much and drinking water with our feet up on my coffee table. Sometimes we play cards.
